Please join us in welcoming Kat Slaughter to the Altitude Community Fitness team! 🧘‍♀️

Kat is our newest yoga instructor, and we’re excited to have her bringing her experience, passion for yoga, and breathwork to ACF.

Her first class will be Gentle Slow Flow on Friday, October 2 at 8:00 a.m., with additional classes offered Wednesdays and Saturdays.
