Here is your friendly reminder that you are not separate from the energy of the universe! You ARE the universe - living, breathing stardust. ✨🪐✨

Every single breath you take is a dynamic exchange. It’s the universe pouring itself into you, and you pouring yourself back out into it. 

It sounds poetic, but it’s pure physics, biology and energy all coming together as one. 

And it makes you look at every inhale and exhale differently, right? 🫁💫

Try this exercise right now: close your eyes, breathe in slowly, and imagine starlight pouring into your chest. Breathe out, and let that starlight ripple back into the world. 🌬️✨✨✨
