I want to thank everyone who has reached out or stopped to say something kind when you’ve seen me around town since my dad passed. Your messages and support have meant so much to me, and they don’t go unnoticed or unappreciated.
My dad was a true people person, so it feels especially meaningful to be surrounded by a community he would have loved. GTHR is about so much more than what happens on the reformer… it’s also about the way we show up for one another, especially during difficult times. I know he would have appreciated the kindness you’ve shown me, and I feel very lucky to have your love and support. I’m looking forward to returning to the studio this week, reconnecting with all of you, and taking things one day at a time. I know this loss will always be part of me, but I’m ready to begin finding my way forward. Thank you for making GTHR such a special community. You’re all more than ever could have imagined and I’m forever grateful 🤍see you on 9/8 xo, S💋
