The Nashoba Valley Ski Club Race Team is a youth alpine race program competing within the Eastern Massachusetts Buddy Werner League.
The Nashoba Valley Ski Club (NVSC) is an alpine ski development and racing program for skiers aged 5 - 18. NVSC is a member of the Eastern Massachusetts Buddy Werner League (EMBWL) which also includes the Bradford, Bogastow, Prospect Hill, and Ski Ward ski teams.

⛷️ Our 5th race is scheduled for tomorrow at Prospect Hill. Racers will once again race slalom. Please check your email for any last minute updates before leaving for the hill!

‼️ 🚗 Parking:
The lower lot (LOT 1) at Blue Hills fills quickly. Parking guides will send you to secondary lots if LOT 1 is full. Shuttle buses will transport you to a drop-off area at bottom of hill.
‼️🚙 There is NO PARKING or DROP-OFF up at the top parking lot. It is parking by Blue Hills staff pass only.
🍔🥪🍟Blue Hills offers a variety of food in the lodge. You may also bring your own lunch. The lodge is very small. Food/Team Tents are not permitted. Please be sure to clean up after yourselves so the next family can sit. Blue Hills has picnic tables outside on the patio.
‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Skis and poles CANNOT be left lying on the ground in front of our lodge. It is a safety hazard for others skiing down the hill and across to the lift. Please have skiers lean their equipment against the ski racks.
💵 Lift Tickets:
The cost is $55 for the lift ticket. Buy your lift ticket in the RED BARN. Make sure to tell the cashier you are buying a RACER ticket
🎿 Registration Location:
Bibs can be picked up right outside of the lodge (tables set up to the left of the lodge on the patio).
⏰ Basic Schedule
7:30 - Arrive to ski area
7:30 - Registration opens
8:00 - Lifts open
8:00-8:10 - Course Inspection Begins
9:00 - Race start (as soon as inspection completes)
After Run 1, DSQs & DNFs will be posted on the glass window on the patio side of the lodge. Standard 15 minute protest period.
Run 2 Begins: 15-30 minutes after the completion of Run 1, unless a course reset is deemed necessary. If a course reset is necessary, a second course inspection will occur and the race will begin immediately following.
