Milestones matter, and our Westy members continue to show what dedication looks like. Joan has reached an incredible 1,169 classes, Jenna is celebrating 400 classes, Michelle has completed 350 classes, and Melanie is powering forward with 50 classes.
Huge kudos to each of you for your commitment to self‑care and consistency. Keep showing up, keep growing, and keep inspiring our community. .

HAPPY PRIDE ❤️🌈
Every year, Coach Giro from OTF East Northport creates something truly special with his 90-minute Pride class. What begins as a workout becomes so much more — a space filled with love, acceptance, and the kind of energy that reminds you just how powerful community can be.
He shared, "Words truly don’t do justice towards how I feel after today. I was once again blown away by the immense amount of love, support and dedication shown under those orange lights today. Rodeos often serve as a community event where people come together to share their heritage and way of life. Today, that’s exactly what we did."
Pride is about showing up as your full, authentic self — and being met with nothing but support, encouragement, and celebration. It’s about moving together, lifting each other up, and creating spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and strong.
