This Fall, I will be offering an 8 Week Preseason Program for Track Sprinters in the MA/NH area grades 9 - college.

It will be Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings out in Westford!

Currently writing an 8 week Pre-Season program that will help high school athletes in the 55-400m prepare for the track year!

Athletes usually don’t know what they are doing or how they should get ready. There is a tried and true method that has helped prepare State Champions and Collegiate athletes for the demands of the track season!
