WEEK 4 COMPLETE
With that we finish up the first 4 weeks of the summer!
Great group, great competition! Great work from everyone and it has been fun!
We have a week off now and will get back at it starting 8/3!
Signups are still open for the second half of a the summer and it’s a great way to get ready for fall sports!

ROUNDING UP WEEK 2
This week worked on:
- pushing out and accelerating in our first 5 steps
- we worked on decelerating
- we had a great close comp day!
Red team won in overtime after Blue team came back with a relay tie.
Another great week finished!

Training includes speed, agility, acceleration, change of direction, jumping, and conditioning.
Boys and girls ages 10–20 welcome.
Athletes are grouped by age and ability.
