We’re raising some money this Week at Apex kicking off with a Triple Spin Challenge on Monday and Thursday this week to raise some money for some great charities. Our link below is to support local charity SensationALL after they suffered some vandalism and property damage this last week !

Woohoo 🎉 I’m super excited to share that I have 2 new classes starting Monday 6th June 😁

On Mondays we’ll be at the Holburn Bar on Holborn Street from 6-7pm

And

On Tuesdays we’ll be at APEX Fitness and Performance, Straik Road in Westhill 6.30-7.30pm

No need to book, just come along

Classes cost £6 each or take advantage of our SUMMER OFFER and buy a block of 6 classes for £30!!!
