Rise and Grind πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ’• These ladies are starting their day off right !! We’ve got goals !! It’s always fun learning a new movement. Today was the first time these ladies performed the deadlift πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈDeadlifts are by far one of my favorite lifts. They increase your overall strength , give you a stronger back , stronger legs , core strength , and one of the best exercises for your glutes and hamstrings😍 Ladies , don’t be afraid to lift heavy !! This is how we change the body ❀️πŸ’ͺ🏽
