Mondays are for Glutes !! Had so much fun training my good friend Shannon Barbaro today !! Needless to say she crushed her workout ππͺπ½
Rise and Grind πͺπ½π These ladies are starting their day off right !! Weβve got goals !! Itβs always fun learning a new movement. Today was the first time these ladies performed the deadlift ππ½ββοΈDeadlifts are by far one of my favorite lifts. They increase your overall strength , give you a stronger back , stronger legs , core strength , and one of the best exercises for your glutes and hamstringsπ Ladies , donβt be afraid to lift heavy !! This is how we change the body β€οΈπͺπ½
