All these little girls in that picture and other videos on our page didn’t just come to Ballet class and instantly got the right posture, coordination and more...
Their parents saw that it is the right way to help the child to develop important skills that will serve them FOREVER.
When you are thinking to sent your daughter to take or not to take ballet classes, think of it as a CREATIVE MOVEMENT activity that focus on body awareness, motor fitness, rhythmic skills, strength, flexibility, coordination, endurance, and physical vitality. They will not be wearing point shoes for a while-until their body will get this strength that it requires. They will be enjoying to see themselves changing and body adjusting to every movement they’ll learn. Their brain will be able to keep the concentration on self-control. Their ear will be developing musicality and sense of rhythm. They’ll be simply happier children then teens and adults in the future.
