I am checking to see if anyone is interested in purchasing a set of Tibetan bowls from India.

Maayaa Dhami will be shipping these sets for our upcoming Tibetan Sound Healing training in a few weeks. I am currently gathering a headcount to determine how many sets we should include in the shipment.

If you are interested, please let me know as soon as possible to secure your set. Please note that shipping costs will be significantly higher if the sets are sent individually once the initial shipment has already arrived in the USA.

Kundalini Yoga focuses on breath, mantra, eye-focus, mudra (hand positioning) and bandhas (body locks). These different aspects are combined into a Kriya a set of asanas (exercises) that works towards a specific goal or outcome. ✨ This combination of focuses is one of the many ways that Kundalini Yoga is distinguished from other yoga practices. Experience śavāsana with the sacred gong, a beautiful reinforced vibration that impacts the body and its meridians. After the gong, we use mantra to remind us that the entire universe was built on sound, on vibration. Feelings of calm and clarity will accompany you into the day.
