If you have been paying attention to golf social media this week the buzz has been on the brand new Mizuno JPX One driver and Mizuno MP M13 and M15 irons. The buzz is definitely correct. Our demo heads arrived this week an are ready to be hit. If you would like to set up a fitting please reach out and we can get you scheduled.

This past Sunday Cappy’s Club Repair celebrated our 10 year anniversary. I just wanted to thank everyone who has supported us during that time. It’s been a pleasure working with each of you. We look forward to another 10 years.

Congratulations to my student Sion Park for his back-to-back wins on the Northern Ohio PGA Jr PGA tournament series. Sion shot 76 (+5) at Plum Brook Country Club and 71 (Even Par) today at Eagle Creek Golf Club. Keep up the hard work. I’m proud of you!! ⛳️⛳️

We have some very exciting news to share. Today at the PGA Show in Orlando we were named a Top 100 Fitter for Mizuno (off course) We are extremely appreciative for all the support. We will continue to provide exemplary service to our customers in the years to come.

Congratulations to my student Sion Park. Sion completed his NOPGA Jr. season yesterday. Sion earned player of the year honors for the 16-19 boys division. Sion had 14 top 10 finishes including 4 runner up finishes. Sion has worked hard the last 6 years we have been working together. I’m very proud of you! Keep up the great work the rest of the season.

The new Mizuno ST drivers have arrived. There are three heads this year. The G head is the lowest spinning head with the most adjustability. The Z head most balanced for both high and low club head speeds with a new central weight. The X head is the most draw bias head. The head characteristics are the same as the Z but the weight is located closer to the heel. Mizuno has 57 shafts available at no up charge. Call us today for a fitting.

The new Mizuno T22 Denim Copper demo wedges are staring to arrive. They look amazing and feel even better. The ST-G demo driver has also arrived. Call and schedule a fitting or just stop in to see them.

Congratulations to my students Sion Park from Westlake High School and Luke Dietrich from Rocky River High School for qualifying for the district golf tournament coming up this Monday at Pine Hills.

They finished 1-2 in the GLC Conference tournament last week as well. Keep up the great work guys.

Our new Mizuno ST-Z and ST-X demo drivers arrived today. We can schedule fittings now. We are still waiting on a couple shafts and the fairway woods but we can get a driver set up for you. This is the hottest driver I’ve ever hit. My ball speed went up 6 MPH with the Z head.

Congratulations to my student Jack Gerborg! He was the 2020 Southwestern Conference MVP and his school the Avon Eagles won the conference championship as well. I’m very proud of your hard work. Keep up the great play through tournament season and through your senior season new year.
