Shakti Flow Cleveland Shakti Flow is a fun, music blasting, high energy yoga class that incorporates dance, cardio, and plyometrics into every practice.

Shakti Flow is a movement, a practice, a way of life.Inspired by the teachings of Hot Buddhi Yoga, kundalini, dance and functional fitness, Shakti Flow is an invigorating practice that blends these elements.On the surface a Shakti Flow class is full of high intensity cardio bouts, fun improv dance sets mixed with creative vinyasa flow, body weight strength training and breath work while loud motivating music infiltrates the room. As of right now I am the only Shakti Flow teacher in the Greater Cleveland area! I hope to see your face in my class soon :)
