Attention Swim Fans! The best, the fastest, the most famous swimmers are coming to Westmont in October for the World Aquatics Swimming World Cup. Competition will take place in Westmont at FMC Natatorium (275 Plaza Drive) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday - October 17, 18 and 19, 2025.

Here’s to 20 years!

It all started 20 years ago when we launched Urban Tri Gear out of two swimming bins at Harbour Island, FL, with two kids and one on the way. From those humble beginnings, we grew, moved to Illinois, and opened our first brick-and-mortar store. We survived COVID, came out stronger, and then expanded our passion by purchasing Swimmers Edge.

This year, we’re excited to take another big step—expanding again with the purchase of a new building and larger warehouse in Westmont!

Our journey has been fueled by a love for teams, swimming, and triathlon, and the amazing community that supports them.
