Let’s keep it simple. Ideally take a wedge that you hit 100 yards with a full swing.

The knee-high swing should go 25 yards

The waist high swing should go 50 yards
⛳️
The shoulder high swing should go 75 yards

The hips are the engine of the swing. Feel like you’re hitting these shots with your hips rather than flipping your wrists at the ball. I hope this helps you control your distance when you have a pitch shot.
