2021 was probably one of my worse year when it came to my health due to Covid . I have always been in great shape and lived in gym mostly all my life . I was once a GM of a fitness center and also a Personal Trainer many years ago . I know how to eat and how to train. When I was hit with Covid it turned my life very upside when it came to my health . I do believe that Covid just made any underline issues that I may have had pop up . I stopped completely going to gym which caused me to gain weight and lose muscle . My health started to get worse by the day . My blood pressure was reading over 155/95 on a daily basis . My cholesterol was high . Everything about my health was in the red . I started taking about 13 pills a day just to function on a daily basis . I went into surgery in October which included putting a stint in my leg and taking a forming growth out my chest . I was depressed and did not know what to expect with my life . I knew I had to make many changes in my life if I wanted to get better . The mind is powerful and I needed action fast . I knew no matter what I had to fight the tiring and every symptom that kept me away from a better healthy life . I decided to change my mindset and just do it. I started to focus in what is important in our life . Without our health we are nothing . We can make all the money in the world but if you are not well then what is the point . I have seen many people died the past couple of years and I did not want to give up and let my health determine my life . I am glad to say I am no longer taking 13 pills a day just to function . My blood pressure is not around 155/95 no longer . I am no longer fat and unmotivated. Today I just take 1 pill a day . My blood pressure is around 120/80 . I have lost 25 pounds . Most importantly I change how I see life . I am sharing this to let my family and friends here know that nothing is more powerful than our mind . Even in our worse moments we can change it . It all depends in what are you willing to give up for it . I still have a lot of work to do with my health but I am very happy where I am going . God bless you all

Warm up when lifting weights at the Gym!
You should always do one or two warm up sets of an exercise before really challenging your self. When you do a light set of weights, this tells your body to prepare the muscles and joints for the stress that is coming. Your body does this by sending a lubricating fluid in to your joints. Don't devalue the importance of warming up your muscles. Following this tip could save you from weeks of pain and recovery from an unwanted injury.
Don't rush your workouts - take time to warm up!
