I’m so thankful for all of the yoga, joy, laughter, growth & celebration that took place within these walls 🤍 The studio was created as a safe space to welcome families, children & their friends and caretakers to practice yoga, get creative and feel light ✨

Thank you to all of our amazing instructors and clients, especially our most loyal ones, you know who you are - you and your children brought our studio to life!

Each week at Art Play is based on a different age appropriate theme where we explore art through movement, mindfulness and play.

This class celebrates + encourages creativity, while keeping the accompanying mess outside of YOUR home 😉

We introduce yoga principals of using the breath and movement to keep our bodies calm + focused so we can persevere in our creativity.

We’re here to bring out the artist in every 🧘 yogi!
