🔥 WEEK 3 — BUILDING STRENGTH, CONTROL & CAPACITY 🔥
Week 1 was about building the foundation. Week 2 challenged members to sustain quality movement under fatigue.
Now in Week 3, we begin asking members to do both at the same time. 💪⚡
This week progresses strength, aerobic capacity, stability, and conditioning by increasing volume, extending work periods, and introducing more complex movement demands. Members will continue refining the major lifts while developing the ability to maintain control, efficiency, and output as fatigue builds. 🚀
Monday: 🏋️♂️ Strength Mixed
Focus: Mixed Strength progression, force production & lifting efficiency
Muscles Worked: Chest, shoulders, quads, glutes, hamstrings, core
Tuesday: ❤️🔥 Summit
Focus: Aerobic capacity, pacing & recoverability

Wednesday:💥 Hyper Upper Body
Focus: Shoulder stability, trunk control & upper-body movement quality
Muscles Worked: Shoulders, chest, upper back, core, hip flexors
Thursday: ⚡ Cardio U (H)
Focus: Heart rate responsiveness & intensity control
Muscles Worked: Full-body conditioning with explosive power emphasis

Focus: Mobility, stability & movement efficiency

After 10 weeks of training, it’s time to celebrate our athletes as they take on HYROX NYC! 💪
Every Sunday, they showed up, put in the work, and got a little stronger, faster, and more confident. We loved seeing familiar faces, first-time HYROX athletes, and competitors from across Fairfield County come together and train as one community.
That’s what makes BFT Westport and HYROX so special—it’s for everyone. Whether you’re chasing a podium, a personal best, or simply proving something to yourself, you belong here.

Janine officially crossed the 500 session mark earlier this month and just keeps stacking sessions like it’s no big deal!
She is one of the most consistent members in the studio, always showing up and putting in the effort with real intent. So it’s no surprise to see her at the top of the leaderboards time and time again.
Whether it’s strength, cardio, or HYROX, Janine attacks every workout with determination and grace. We love her energy, positivity, and that smile she brings into the studio every day.

Week 1 laid the foundation. Now Week 2 begins turning that foundation into stronger movement, better pacing, and more consistent performance under fatigue. 💪⚡
This week is all about learning how to sustain quality effort — whether that’s strength, conditioning, or movement control. Members will continue building confidence in the major lifts while improving their ability to recover, regulate effort, and move efficiently as fatigue rises. 🚀
