Join us Saturday, October 24th, for our Battle Cancer Workout in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🎀

We’re asking our F45 family to show up in PINK as we sweat together and stand in support of everyone fighting, survivors, and all those affected by breast cancer.

This month we are shined the SPOTLIGHT on an incredible member of F45 Westport, Rich Del Bello!

Rich took his first F45 Westport class just about a year ago! Rich is over 100 classes in already and loving it more and more each day! Rich has now committed to the 5:15am club and puts that work in! If you don’t know Rich, make sure you introduce yourself!!

We are so lucky to call Rich part of our F45 Westport Family! ⭐️
