Great alternative if pressing fully overhead doesnât feel great on your shoulders but you still want that overhead press effect. Youâre still training the shoulders, triceps, upper chest and core, just through a more shoulder friendly angle.
Clean movement, less stress on the joints, and still getting after it đŞđž
