Here’s a staple at A.C.E Performance.. The Neutral Grip Landmine Press.

Great alternative if pressing fully overhead doesn’t feel great on your shoulders but you still want that overhead press effect. You’re still training the shoulders, triceps, upper chest and core, just through a more shoulder friendly angle.

Clean movement, less stress on the joints, and still getting after it 💪🏾

Here are 3 cues:
-ribs stacked(don’t lean back)
-reach at the top without shrugging
-control the eccentric
