Recipe of the Week: Chickpea Protein Bowls
Ingredients:
• 3 cups cooked chickpeas
• 2 cups cooked brown rice or quinoa
• 1 large sweet potato, mashed
• 4 cups broccoli florets
• 8 tablespoons h**p hearts
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• Salt and black pepper to taste

Aches and pains happen.
That’s part of life… especially after 40.
But here’s where most people get it wrong 👇
They feel something, and their first reaction is to stop training altogether.
And that’s usually the worst thing you can do.

It often makes it worse.
