Today felt like much more than sightseeing — it was a day of revisiting my roots, my love for medicine, and the incredible history that shaped so much of what we know today. ❤️🇭🇺

Our first stop was the Semmelweis Museum of Medical History, where centuries of medicine, healing, discovery, and human determination come alive. Of course, the story of Ignác Semmelweis is especially powerful — a Hungarian physician whose observations about handwashing and infection prevention were far ahead of his time and ultimately changed medicine forever.

Walking through the museum reminded me how much courage it has always taken to challenge accepted thinking, search for better answers, and keep asking, “What can we do differently to help people heal?” That question still resonates deeply with me today.

From the history of medicine, we continued into the history of Hungary itself at the Buda Castle, visiting the beautifully restored St. Stephen’s Hall — Szent István-terem. The craftsmanship, rich details, colors, woodwork, ceramics, and atmosphere are absolutely breathtaking. It is not simply a beautiful room — it feels like stepping into another era of Hungarian culture and artistry. ✨

For me, today connected so many worlds: Hungary, my heritage, medicine, beauty, history, and the continuing search for health and wellbeing.

Sometimes traveling is not only about discovering something new. Sometimes it is about returning to something that has always been a part of you. ❤️

A different kind of Sunday for me today. 💜

While Opa and Sebastian were off having fun at the Tropicarium 🐠🦈, I spent the day continuing my Instant Change® training with a powerful session called “Clean Body.”

One of the things I love most about this work is that there is always another layer to learn, release, and understand — not only for myself, but also for the people I have the privilege to support at Quantum Klinik.

Wellness is so much more than what we see on the outside. It’s about the body, the mind, our emotions, our energy… and creating space for something new. ✨

Always learning. Always growing. Always bringing more back to QK. 💜

A little QK update from Hungary 🇭🇺💜

Sometimes moving forward also means stepping back for a moment — slowing down, recharging, and spending precious time with the people who matter most.

Today was one of those days with my grandson Sebastian. ❤️ A little traveling, shopping, laughing, exploring… and simply enjoying being together.

Of course, I discovered all kinds of Heinz products we don’t have back home in the USA 🫣😂 — so pictures were absolutely necessary!

And then came the serious decision of the day: an ice cream shop with close to 60 flavors. 🍦🤩

These are the moments that remind me that wellness isn’t only about what we do for our bodies. It’s also about joy, connection, stepping away from the routine, and making memories.

I’m soaking it all in before returning refreshed and ready for an exciting new chapter at Quantum Klinik. 💜
