It's All About the Feet! Uggg...sometime feet just ache and hurt. When that happens we don't feel like exercising or dancing. Take the time to properly take care of your feet - they bare the weight of your day! A few tips for keeping feet refreshed and happy:
Don’t wear too-tight shoes.
Don’t share shoes.
Do try the Legs-Up-the-Wall yoga pose after a long day or a hard workout.
Do give yourself a foot massage or book a reflexology session.
Do roll a tennis ball under your feet.
Do stretch your feet daily
Do soothe irritation with a vinegar foot soak.

Faculty Highlight! Chelsea Rokop, jazz and ballet teacher, performed this past Saturday with the Kyiv Ukrainian Dance Ensemble for The Global Arts Ball held by Carnegie Mellon University in the Freehof Hall. (She is dancing on the right). Come take class with Chelsea Saturday mornings!

Our students will be dancing to Carnival of the Animals by Camille Saint-Saëns at our spring performance on June 10th. If you aren't familiar with this suite of music, enjoy it here played by the Camerata and the Piccolo Orchestra of the Teatro del Lago School of the Arts.
