Boston Bolts South Shore

South Shore U15+ boys continued their strong start to the season today. These four groups remain unbeaten and untied through 9 total league games to get us started. Looking forward to watching these kids we have developed over the years continue to grow.

Shoutout to our 2013 boys for their performance at the this weekend down in Florida. The boys were the only Bolts representative at the event and went 2-1 in group play with the only defeat coming to an Orlando City side. Thank you to Coach Mike for pressing the envelope with this group and challenging the boys on the pitch.

A great full opening weekend for our high school aged boys in the taking 12 out of 12 points vs CT Rush. On a chilly day the boys showed mental toughness and top performances against a quality side to secure the points while only conceding one goal in the four matches. Excited for what the spring has to offer and some long runs to the national playoffs.

Some 13 year olds play video games in their down time and others work on getting their pilots license. Wait, what? Shoutout to CJ from our 2011 boys group who has started flying hours to obtain his pilots license. The kid has more of a stomach than I do for heights. Soar high young man. This is such a cool thing to be doing at such a young age.

Great weekend for our boys teams competing at the Thanksgiving Showcase. Four of our teams topped their group competing in the top flights of the event including 2010 and 2007/06 south shore teams, as well as@our 2010 and 2009 teams topping their groups including wins over local ECRL groups. Well done to these four group winners and to all of our older teams kicking off their 2024-25 campaign.

Great weekend for many of our teams at the .tournaments event in Eastern Mass. Lots of great performances with 5 teams advancing to the finals. Hats off to our 2010 USYS National league team who knocked off teams from the regional league and the on their way to raising the cup.

Championship game shoutouts continue. Congratulations to Cian who has been with us for many years on earning Championship game Man of the Match today leading his Cohasset HS Boys to a state title. What a great way to end your high school career. Congratulations, Cian.

Way to go .mercieri. He joined us at u11 and has won a few titles with us, but today is a moment he will never forget I’m sure. The game winner in overtime representing his school in the state final.

Congratulations to our players and coaches at Norwell HS, Oliver Ames HS, Cohasset HS and Hingham HS who helped lead their teams to victory the last two nights and earn a spot in the state finals this weekend.

Men of the match tonight are with two assists in a 2-1 overtime victory and who made a ridiculous save late in regulation to force extra time and then made two penalty saves in the shootout for .

Special shoutout as well to all our boys over at Xaverian who bowed out on penalties in the semifinal this evening. What a great run you guys had and you should all be very proud of yourselves.
