#1: High box step ups: hold on to something so you can focus on going slow on the eccentric
#2: Stepper reverse lunge to KB swing catch

Flow with me 🌊 some of my favorite Pilates exercises in real time from day 2 of this block. Moving like a 🐢…it feels so good to slow down!
These can easily be added to the start or end of your lifting session as well. I’ve really been enjoying 30 mins mat Pilates then 30 min strength training. My muscles are super engaged and the movements synced up with my breath get my mind ready to lift! 🧠 ✨

Week 2 of my macro tracking challenge and I’m feeling AMAZING🌟
One of the biggest lessons so far: you don’t need to track perfectly to see results. Tracking is a tool to understand how much you’re actually consuming day to day.
As someone who’s on my feet all day and training 4–5x a week, I realized I wasn’t prioritizing my nutrition the way my body needed. I was wayyy under-eating!
Just a couple weeks in, my energy has increased an I’m recovering from my workouts. it’s been a game changer!
