To each of you amazing individuals, practitioners, community members, teachers, trainees, graduates and beyond ... you are missed! We are updating our offering of online classes. This month of February is particularly cold and restrictive in various ways, we would like to invite you to any/all of this month's classes. Press on the purple tagline at the top of our webpage. (essenciayoga.com) We are ready to add your class on our schedule, if you have taught with us or if you have gone through our training. No matter where you find yourself, you are part of us. Let's celebrate together the basics of breath and flow of movement in honor of the many who are experiencing great challenges in their lives at this time.
By connecting to our breath, we experience the potential of connecting to the unifying Source of all that is living and breathing. Though we are currently spread out around the globe, let's do our part to unite with the Breath of Life and allow it to join us across the miles with the intention of igniting our hearts to Love.
All Classes will be offered to you as a gift. Our suggested donation of $10/class will go directly to Purpose by Design, who are supporting our sisters going through compounding challenges in our Chicagoland area. This group continues to take action ever day toward seeking justice and mercy for these young women.

A Purpose By Design believes that God designs every girl with unique gifts and a special purpose. Through retreats, events, and mentoring, they provide young girls with the support they need to help them actualize their full potential.
