It is with great sadness to report Mayor James โ€œJittersโ€ Morgan passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2019. He was Mayor of the City of White Hall from 1995 to 2010.
Jitters was also very involved in local government and community organizations before, during and after his tenure as Mayor of White Hall.
He had a vision and possibly his biggest project was the community center for White Hall. The community center is named the James โ€œJittersโ€ Morgan Community Center in his honor.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family
