Hello White House Soccer club Families,

We want to remind everyone that today is expected to be very hot, so please make sure your child comes prepared and well hydrated.

Please make sure your child:

Drinks plenty of water before arriving and throughout the day.

Brings plenty of water with them.

Wears appropriate, lightweight clothing and comes prepared for the heat.

We will be allowing extra time in between quarters for our littles if needed and adding water breaks for our older kids.

Umbrellas and tents are allowed for shade but please try not to block the view of others around you.

We would also encourage any spectators that have medical issues or struggle in the heat to stay home if they feel it is best for their safety.

We will be closely monitoring the temperature and weather conditions throughout the day. The safety of our players, coaches, and families is our top priority. Depending on how the temperatures and conditions develop, we may need to modify or cancel activities if conditions become unsafe. We do have a state mandated guideline in place that we are following.

We will communicate any changes or cancellations as soon as a decision is made.

Your time, professionalism, and dedication helped make this weekend a success. We know tournament weekends mean long days, lots of games, and plenty of miles on the field, and we truly appreciate each of you for showing up and giving your best.

Whether you worked one game or spent the entire weekend with us, thank you for being part of the White House Fall Classic!

White House soccer club hosts its Fall Classic tournament next weekend, August 21-23!

We have teams from all over Tennessee and surrounding states come for this tournament so we take the week beforehand to prep the fields and complex to host this event.

So a reminder that there will be no practices for rec teams next week as we prepare.
