Learning a new skill takes meticulous focus on details. It’s wild how even the smallest detail, like a subtle shift in body weight, can totally change the outcome of a play. Learning how to manipulate ball movement to trick a defender’s hips is definitely an art form. It's amazing how much goes into perfecting these tiny technical adjustments on the ball. It’s a grind, but seeing everything finally click is the best. Who knew that such intricate mechanics could have such a massive impact?

Maybe I'm different, but when I'm set up and waiting for a soccer training to start, this is what I do:

Step 1: dump all the balls.
Step 2: look for turf beads in my cleats before putting them in.😂
Step 3: Have fun / goof around with some juggling and volley shots.😅

Spend some time watching Aiden through learning this new soccer skill. ⚽️

It's amazing to see the improvement in just one session.

See the gradual improvements in speed and movement from clip one to clip three. The consistent focused practice, widening his base, and moving his feet quicker to really master the move.

So much progress on one skill in one session!

AJ's tournament goal was epic.

She did a V to take the ball off the defender's foot and move it from between two defenders to space on her right foot, setting up her right foot side net finish.

Okay, let's settle this once and for all! ⚽️ I'm curious to hear ya'll thoughts on the toughest position on the soccer field. For me, it's a tough call, but I lean towards a certain role that requires serious stamina and tactical smarts. 🤔 But maybe it's the one constantly making those game-changing saves. 🤔 Perhaps it's the one orchestrating the entire offense from deep. 🤔

Mastering striking technique in soccer is an absolute game-changer! ⚽️

It's not just about kicking the ball hard, but *how* you kick it. Getting your form right is important for accuracy and power.

The body shape you hold in your approach and finish. The bend in your plant knee, the slight lift of your striking foot done by your hip. The angle you strike the ball from makes a huge difference in where it ends up, whether it's bending around a defender or flying into the top corner. 🥅

Even a slight adjustment can turn a miss into a goal!

There are so many pieces to striking a ball well and practice makes perfect, so keep working on those skills. 💪

A player's touch dictates the game. Mastering touch is crucial because it gives players complete control over the speed and direction of the game.

Today, these girls worked on controlled dribbling- learning to keep the ball on a string prepares them for whatever play needs to be made next in the game.

Whether it be pass, finish, attack with speed or slow the play down these sister's will be ready. ⚽️
