SCHEDULE:

MORNING COURSES
9:15am-10:30am
Healthy Boundaries and Consent
We will talk about clear, personal limits you establish to protect your physical, emotional, and mental well-being and how to respect others

10:45am-12:15pm
Professional Dining Skills (Lunch included)
Learn table manners and how to use every plate and utensil at a dinner party or any food-related event.
We will even touch on talking to strangers at our table

AFTERNOON
12:45pm-2pm
Social and Friendship Time
Athletes will have a choice of a game room (board and electronic) or gym time, where we will have a pickleball lesson and then play some basketball.

What a day! All of our track and field athletes had a wonderful day at our last All Comers Meet before we had to Summer Games next weekend.
The two athletes featured here at DJ and Kameron. They participated in the first ever Fundamental Events - Track & Field Pilot. While they are not quite ready to compete independently at Summer Games, they (along with their amazing families) have worked so hard this season and have learned so many skills. Watching them progress to the point where, with supports, they could successfully participate and complete the 25 or 50 meter run, Mini-Javelin, and Standing Long Jump was just incredible. Presenting them with their first ever Challenger Medals was truly and honor. We hope to see this event grow and become a regular part of our sports competition schedules.
