What better way to welcome summer than to crash through our old workout friend the Murph!

Join us at Perry Hall CrossFit on Saturday, May 23, as we honor Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all U.S. servicemen and women who have given their lives in the line of duty.

The first heat will kick off at 9am, with a welcome, announcements, and the national anthem at 8:30am. Over the course of the morning we’ll run five heats, with a new heat beginning every thirty minutes. Athletes are responsible for warming up on their own. A warm-up area will be available throughout the event. The final heat will start at 11am.

Sign-ups for each heat will be on our whiteboards. Please arrive 20 to 30 minutes before your desired heat to sign up and warm up.

All athletes must have a waiver on file, or sign one the morning of the event. Non-members are welcome with a drop-in fee of $20. Service members workout for free. Scale and partner options are available.

Members can come to the gym before the event to run the workout, but please give yourself enough time to be done by 8:30am.

Monday classes are canceled in honor of the holiday.
