The reality is that we are living in a global pandemic. Our current situation is unfamiliar, which can create a lot of fear of the unknown. Whether you want to make changes or not, you are being called forth to do so. You are being asked to show up differently, to create change, and to learn to flow with changes in ways that align and honor your whole being, self worth, physical care, mental attitude, and spiritual practice.
When working together, I will use tools I have learned over the years in my yoga, meditation, and spiritual practice. Yoga provides concrete tools and wisdom that is useful for maintaining balance in life. I will help you set up structures and strategies for living that will be helpful for you mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I will help you step by step to create a plan on how to manage and structure your life during these stressful times. I will be there for you to help you make positive changes that help you connect deeply with the spiritual essence of life, which is LOVE. When one truly loves and accepts oneself, one lives life from a place of love, and knows that both love and life are abundant. At anytime when challenges arise, it is love that keeps us strong.

I also teach yoga classes that embodies asana, pranayama, mantra, & spiritual wisdom. We create a sacred space to invoke healing, and deep love for ourselves. I welcome anyone from all over the globe to join our virtual Sangha. Together we will move, chant, breathe, and BE. I also teach at my yoga studio in White Salmon, WA. Registration for both (virtual and in person) is done through Yoga Samadhi.
