as a new outdoor sport to those breaking through barriers after years of experience. Our instructors are trained in modern mountain bike theory; a strong study of physics and biomechanics within the sport. Our professional program will help you build confidence and hone your ever growing skills set. Lesson can be tailored to specific needs/levels, but some of the topics covered will be: general bike handling, braking, shifting, pedal position, body position, field of view, wheel lifts, short steep descents/ ascents, clearing obstacles, seated climbing, energy management, low speed handling, level lifts, manuals, roll down lunges, high speed cornering and much more.

Beyond the Boundaries is all about involving young people in the life long sport of mountain biking, while teaching the skills, values, and strategies to succeed in life. Mountain biking is all inclusive! And “Nobody Sits on The Bench” in our sport. It is not gender specific, nor does it require some special athletic ability. Everyone can begin at their own level and quickly experience personal success. We want today’s youth to embrace the attitude that being active in all its forms, is something to be incorporated in to ones’ daily life. Success breeds success. If being active provides the individual with happiness, laughter, self-esteem, camaraderie, adventure and personal fulfillment, then it will become part of their everyday life. ages (8-12) and (13-16), multi day session dates though out the summer (AVAILABLE SOON)!
