I’ll be hosting 20 minute individual appointments via Zoom or in person at the studio, this Friday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Link to register is in my bio under events.

If you didn’t make it through the whole video, I acknowledge the weight of the conflict of our New Moon Intention Setting with Tarot event, as it coincides with the 25th anniversary of September 11th. Especially in our area, my family and friends have lost loved ones and my heart goes out each and every one. Please forgive the timing of our honoring of this month’s lunation, may you honor this day however you feel called to. Sending love and light, always.

We'll be closed on Labor Day, but wishing everyone a happy and healthy holiday!

Good News in September:

Welcome Deepak Gupta who will be teaching our first VIRTUAL ONLY class Wednesdays at 7:30 a.m. and in person Ashtanga Yoga on Thursdays at 7 p.m. in the studio. We look forward to the wealth of knowledge he brings beginning next week!

Weekend Release with Chuck is moving to 5:30 p.m. on Fridays to accommodate all the "9-5-ers" and our special nod to the amazing grace herself, Dolly Parton.

A bit of housekeeping, starting today, September first, please register no less than 90 minutes prior to class time. This is the new closing window and we thank you for giving our instructors the time to prepare for you.
