Hot Pilates Mat at Crunch last night.

PSA : For the classes Im teaching at Crunch you have to have a membership for that gym. IF you do sign up tell them I reffered you and that you are signing up for my classes :D

Eekk Im excited to announce I will be now teaching at Crunch fitness on top of doing my POP Pilates! And tonight is my first class there.
I will be doong Hot mat pilates a bit different from from my Pop pilates but equally challenging!

Can't wait to share this new adventure with you all!
