What are we really teaching?

You might see kicks, punches, and techniques.

We see confidence, discipline, focus, respect, and perseverance.

The lessons learned on the mats become apart of your everyday life!

This drill is called don't drop the ice cream!
In our Early Skillz our 3 and 4 year old classes one of our skills we work on is running, where we are helping build up their leg strength. This fun drill helps the students work on keeping their balance holding up an object and being able to come to a complete stop.

Sometimes the biggest changes happen in the smallest students.

A little more focus.

A little more confidence.

A little more independence.

A little more courage to try something new.

Watching our youngest students grow is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. ❤️
