cardio dance fitness program designed to engage the body and soul. This community-centered program focuses on building relationships, as well as endurance...engaging muscles as well as hearts. In this hour-long fitness class, participants will find easy-to-learn movements designed for beginners and fitness enthusiasts, exhilarating music, and a family-friendly environment. REV+FLOW by REFIT® is a program designed with functional movement in mind. It continues to pair movement to music similar to REFIT® yet challenges your body beyond the ordinary. You will experience more targeted toning and strength building utilizing mind and muscle engagement and light weights if desired. REFIT INDY wants to say Congratulations to all the REFIT instructors who submitted their own choreography for the Instructor Showcase for RECON26. We can't wait to bring all these songs to our classes from the Moves page and the ROC (REFIT-OFFICIAL choreography) library!!

And CONGRATS to our own REFIT Indy Instructor, Angie Dickerson, for having her her RECON26 Instructor Choreography Showcase entry not only chosen for the ROC library but also rising to the top to be chosen for the RECON26 stage! What a great honor and success!! 👏👏👏

Yes, we are on a break. Feel free to check out all the other local REFIT classes taught by our fellow instructors and friends!! Forgive me if these are inaccurate. I'm going off of memory here

Diane Frechin is holding classes on her back patio in Zionaville or various TBA inside locations when the weather acts up.

Nichelle Miller is on temp leave recovering from her ankle injury. Keep her in your prayers. When she starts back up, her classes are at the Blended Church in Indianapolis.

Paige Retrig is going strong with her a Connections Pointe Christian Church classes!

Kim Capano is holding classes at New Hope Church in Whitestown.

Rachel Couts has classes located in her Plainfield location.

I know there's more. I'll try to get them all listed in an infogram for you all soon!
In the meantime, you can always download REFIT on-demand app (one month free trial use) and use it this summer, anytime, anywhere and any class you want. Probably more than 500 archived classes in there at your fingertips.
