This past week we were thrilled to have a wide range of fun and exciting events here at Fairhaven and figured we would release one big post with pictures expressing our thanks. Thank you to Shannon Dozoryst at the Young Auditorium - UW-Whitewater for arranging the “American Shakespeare Center Special Effects” Workshop, Roberta’s Art Gallery and Angie ( UW-Whitewater University Center) for the Shamrock Coffee Mug Workshop, Bahama Bob and his steel drum music, UW-Whitewater Warhawk Volleyball for joining in on Bingo, UW-W Honor Student Service Learning group for the technology help, Warhawk Fitness UW-W Warhwak Fitness for Helping with Dog Treat Making and finally wrapping the week up with UWW Alpha Gamma Delta for helping us make some delicious St. Patrick’s Day snacks. It was another exciting week here at Fairhaven!🤗🐕☘️☕🏐🥁🎬🥨💻

Congratulations Emma Grace O'Connor!

Emma O'Connor, from Crystal Lake, Illinois, earned a B.A. in communication from UW-Whitewater and is most proud of receiving the first transfer award scholarship, becoming president of Communicating Health in Practice on campus, and showcasing their creativity as a member of the Warhawk Fitness and Aquatics PR team. Emma thanks Dr. Kate Ksobiech. "Thank you for getting me involved in so many things. Jen Kaina, thank you for the opportunity to showcase my creativity and potential, and William Lowell and Anne Mancl, thank you for all your advising and preparation outside of school." Maeve Fahey, from Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, earned a BSE in physical education from UW-Whitewater and is most proud of being a team captain on the women's track and field team, completing their edTPA and working seven semesters as a fitness supervisor for Warhawk Fitness and Aquatics. Maeve says, "I'd like to thank Jay Cameron for helping me through my edTPA and constantly reminding me of my worth, Kathleen Happel for being an amazing professor and an even better friend and Logan Edwards for sparking my passion for mental health. Thank you guys for being awesome." Congratulations!
