Push-up hack video
This is another great way to learn and get really comfortable with push-ups just like an assistance for the pull-up bar. This is another way left for push-ups. You can work your way down from the thickest resistant band all the way down to the thinness giving courage and building that strength to conquer your first few push-ups.

Let’s talk about what to eat?!
 I like to keep it really simple, but also really effective. My man goal for myself and most of my clients are to focus on toning up, leaning out but keeping their muscle and strength and endurance at the level it should be.
