I gained weight and I’m not hiding from it. Life gets overwhelming when you’re trying to hold down every role and chase every goal. When we stop prioritizing our health, the weight we gain doesn’t just show up physically… it messes with our mind, our confidence, our energy. I’m living proof that when health isn’t your priority, everything deteriorates faster. But the moment you choose YOU, everything starts to change. Remember IT STARTS TODAY!

I once considered comfort my confidant, but it proved to be my nemesis. It led me to balloon to 420lbs in the blink of an eye. That comfort transformed into an overwhelming force, a daunting presence. I realized then that my enemy was gaining ground.
