Every week there will be gymnastics rotations, DIY tie-dye souvenir t-shirts, water play day, obstacle courses, games, free-play time, Pizza Fridays & end-of-week "show & tell" for families & friends to come onto the floor and witness the weeks accomp-lishments.

#1 Amusement Park Camp: Design your own roller coaster, learn about how parks were created and rides were built, learn interesting trivia and unknown secrets about many of our California Parks, daily crafts & art projects and, of course, SLIME!!
#2 Builders Camp: Legos, Wood, Cardboard creations and more!
#3 Music Camp: DIY musical instruments, exploration of the decades of music, learning about the evolution of how we listen to and obtain music, and more!
#4 Experiments & Explosions Science Camp
#5 Olympic Games Camps: Exploration of Winter AND Summer Olympics.

Have gymnasts struggling with back twisting? Focus on the back handspring take off first.

While it's tempting to make more drills for the actual twist itself, the real root issue might be during the back handspring take off.

For example, early twisting that comes from not keeping the head down during take-off which can come from not understanding where to look during the back handspring stand-up.
