Motivation means something different for each of us.

For some, it’s the fire that gets you out of bed in the morning for that early workout. For others, it’s the quiet determination to hit your personal goals, no matter what.

For me? Motivation is seeing my campers show up for themselves day after day—facing challenges, crushing doubts, and proving just how strong they really are. It gets me motivated to go home and get my workout in!
