Keeping chicken as my main protein source through the day to keep things leaner, I end my night with red meat holder a higher fat content & natural creatine content for fuel. Usually sirloin steak, being the leanest cut.
Last Meal of my day- 🥘
150g Sirloin Steak 🥩
50g- green beans 🥗
400g- sweet potatoes 🍠
Himalayan Pink Salt
Three lightly salted rice cakes, add stevia for a sweet kick 🔥

110g of plain oats
1 scoop of whey protein from Complete Health - Wichita Falls, TX
200g frozen blueberries
25g Almond butter
20g of Honey
1 pack stevia
3 lightly salted rice cakes w/ 1 pack stevia
80g frozen bananas
Being a father/uncle is powerful, as cliché as it sounds when I’m in the gym now I think to myself how I have to be an example to my kids, my nephews and nieces, etc. I want them to look at me and be proud, to know they can do or be whatever they want, and know we’re special.
