Anyone looking for a New Year Resolution? Many of us are looking to lose weight, but that's such a broad goal. Instead, this year I'll be working on portion control, so I can still have the foods I enjoy without overindulging.

When I first began my adventure with fitness, I had the hardest time gaining weight. I realized if I wanted to gain muscle mass, I needed to change the way I trained and really watch my diet. About 5 years ago I decided to do something about it. I immersed myself in a new lifestyle and grew to love it.
I did, however, have multiple ups and downs. It took me years to learn how to be effective and start getting results. Now, I want to pass this knowledge along and help you achieve your fitness goals.
