I’ve been working with Riyaz for about a month now and it’s been great to see him step out of his comfort zone and do some training. Hopefully we can get him back on the volleyball court crushin’ it like he used to! Great work Riyaz!

First real day squatting. Just like any skill it takes time to learn how to properly do a squat. Invest in yourself and invest in coaching. You won’t regret it.
