š§” TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY: YOUR STORY SHOWS HOW FAR YOUāVE COME š§”
Is Transformation Tuesday still a thing? Well Iām making it one if not š I wanted to show how far Iāve come in my fitness journey and that Iāve been stuck in each stage of it! If you were to tell me Iād look like I do now 5 years ago I wouldnāt have believed you.
Picture 1: This tank top picture was from June 2017. I was in the process of losing the 30 pounds I gained my freshman year of college before my sophomore year started. I remember crying on the ab mat and in the locker room because all the other girls in tank tops looked so fit and I didnāt š„² makes for a hell of a transformation picture now though!
The photo in the right is from yesterdayās leg day. I feel so much more confident in myself and have grown both mentally and physically!
Picture 2: The one on the left is from my sophomore year of college post volleyball season. This is when I wanted to be as small as possible. I had no muscle and wasnāt building any because I was eating so little and was very restrictive with my food intake.
On the right: Also from yesterdayās leg day š Iāve worked my ass off to gain more muscle, to be stronger, and to be the best version of me! I eat more, allow myself some treats, and feel like an absolute BADASS š¤
The point is, trying to be someone youāre not wonāt bring you happiness. Working on yourself for yourself is what does. Loving yourself doesnāt come with a size measurement. Be confident. Be courageous. BE YOU. š§”
Iāve been through it all: weight gain, weight loss, restrictive eating and negative mindset, gaining muscle, and finding my confidence. Let me help you cut past the trial and error and help you become the person you want!

Two years ago, I was the service aces leader in the entire NCAA.
It is so crazy to think back to this. It honestly feels like this happened way longer than just two years ago. Iām forever thankful and grateful for getting the opportunity to play collegiate volleyball. Over the last 14 years, volleyball has helped me grow, taught me so many lessons, and kept teaching me that if you never give up, put in the work, and stay disciplined, your dreams will turn into a reality!
