I’m making pumpkin spice protein balls this weekend! You can choose milk chocolate or white chocolate chips. I will get the macros later this evening.

The base ingredients will be the same as all the others, but I will use pumpkin spice protein powder.

Sometimes unanswered prayers are the biggest blessings! It’s no secret, the past few years I’ve struggled to find my place professionally.

After less than two weeks, I know middle school is where I belong. I absolutely love it! All my students are amazing.

Then to top it off, I am ecstatic to say I am the Wellness Lead at the Y where I’ve been teaching and training for a couple years! I am blessed with this part time leadership opportunity!
