Whatever you want to call it, we are hosting a Friday noon spin bootcamp class. If you come with a member or if you message us, you can come to the class and try the Wellness Center out for FREE for the day!

We have an amazing facility and anyone can join! Message me if you want to come or come with a member!!

We have more than enough shirts left for you to register for the Turkey Trot!! $25.00 covers your shirt and donation to the Mustangs Pantry. The pantry provides food for our MSU students!!

Saturday, November 12
Registration starts at 8:00 am, and run/walk is 9:00 am
We will have hot chocolate, coffee, and tea. It's going to be chilly!
You can stay warm inside the Wellness Center.

If you don't want the shirt, you can donate any items to the pantry to cover your registration.
