Your exercise plays a very small role in your fat loss when compared to your nutrition. Your nutrition is, unfortunately, the make or break between seeing weight loss and not seeing any weight loss.
If you are going to put in the work to lose weight, you would ideally want to be able to keep that weight off, right? With only 20% of individuals maintaining their weight loss long term, it’s time to start asking what needs to change with your habits so that you can make this change a lifestyle shift instead of a temporary fix.
I love this infographic because it highlights ALL of the habits that go into maintaining a healthy lifestyle and different levels of body fat percentage. If you are currently exercising consistently and not seeing any changes, it might be time to look into nutrition and focus on changing habits 1-2 habits at a time.
