Wichita Falls Country Club Members are welcome to join us on June 19 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for the Flexibility for golf event at the Wichita Falls Country Club Fitness Center Studio, presented in partnership with United Regional Health Care System, which offers golfers a simple way to improve movement, mobility, and comfort on the course.

Every 15 minutes, guests are invited to join guided stretches designed to support flexibility and help golfers move with ease. This relaxed, drop in style format makes it easy for participants to learn techniques that can support long term wellness and more enjoyable play.
