❄️ Delayed Opening Notice ❄️

For the safety of our team and clients, the North Texas Rehabilitation Center and the Wellness Center will open at 10:00 AM tomorrow (Friday, January 30).

Thankfully the ice is melting, but we want everyone to arrive safely. Thank you for your understanding! 💙

Delayed Opening Tomorrow (Thursday)

Due to lingering icy conditions, the Rehab Center and the Wellness Center will open at NOON tomorrow (Thursday).

Our parking lots have been cleared as best as possible, but please be vigilant and use extra caution—there may still be slick spots in the lot.

✅ Hold handrails when available
✅ If you’re unsure about traveling, give us a call before you head out

❄️ Wellness Center Closed Tomorrow ❄️

Today’s workout is NOT “ice dodging in the parking lot.” 🧊😅

With slick spots still hanging around, we’re staying closed tomorrow (Wednesday) so the ice can melt and our older clients can get in and out safely.

Stay warm, stay steady and we’ll be back as soon as it’s safe to open! 💙💪

Wellness Center Weather Update

Due to inclement weather, The Wellness Center will be CLOSED tomorrow (Tuesday) for everyone’s safety.

We hate to cancel a workout… but tomorrow’s forecast is not the kind of “ice bath” we recommend. 🥶❄️

Safety is our #1 priority and we’ll post updates as soon as we know more.

🥶The Wellness Center will be closing tomorrow (Friday) at Noon due to anticipated winter weather. We will also be closed all day Saturday.

We have some great specials going on here at the Wellness Center during the month of January!

Beginning January 5th, you can come and get a full Body Composition Analysis that measures your muscle to fat ratio. You may purchase a session for only $20!

Also, make sure to treat yourself and get a relaxing massage in our Legacy Chair for only $7 for 20 minutes!

🎊🥳 Welcoming A New Year! 🥳🎊

The NTRC Wellness Center will be closed January 1st and 2nd as we celebrate the closing of 2025 and ring in a new year!

Thank you to our amazing clients, staff, donors and supporters. You have made this past year incredible and we look forward to the new one! 💛

We will reopen to our regular hours on Saturday, January 3rd. Where we can’t wait to see our members back in the Wellness Center, hitting their goals set for the 2026 new year!

Even Santa needs a workout break! 💪🎁 Our Wellness Center will be closed December 24th–26th while Santa trades his kettlebells for cookies and milk 🍪🥛—but we’ll be back in action on December 27th!
